Raw payload first
We persist provider payloads before normalisation. The data you have is always recoverable, even when an adapter version drifts.
Capability-declared
Adapters describe what each marketplace can do. The UI never offers an action a provider cannot complete.
Block, then explain
When a publish would lose information — a flattened combo, an unsupported modifier — we block it and surface why. Never silently lossy.
eu-west-2 only
No cross-region drift. Backups, logs and event storage all live in the same region as the data they describe.
